🚨 Drama up Saddlers side! 🚨

The freshly renamed Dr Denzil Llewellyn Douglas Secondary School (formerly Saddlers Secondary) wake up this morning to some real madness. Somebody break bad and spray paint the walls with 🍆 drawings and the words “F**k Ms French.” 😳 WoW!! The place still smell like spray can when teachers reach.

Now, lemme remind allyuh — this is the SAME school government just rename this month in big style ceremony to honour former PM and long-time MP for Constituency Six, Dr Denzil Douglas. PM Drew even call it a “historic moment of pride”, saying the name represent Douglas’s vision for education as empowerment. Douglas himself did emotional, talking about how back in the day Saddlers youth barely had a chance, and how he fight to get that modern secondary school built.

Fast forward to today — instead of celebrating legacy, we watching graffiti and disrespect splashed across the school walls and even dragging the principal name. Minister of Education Dr Geoffrey Hanley vex bad. In a statement, he call the act “malicious and senseless,” promising police will track down who responsible. He remind the public that the school serve as a “beacon of hope” for multiple communities and warn that this kinda behaviour won’t be tolerated.

But Run Di Chat take? 👀 Whoever do this ain’t just vandalise a wall, they vandalise the whole community pride. Imagine the man’s name get honoured after decades of service, speeches still fresh in people ears, and then boom — some joker with a spray can mash up the vibe. If the goal was to embarrass, it fall flat, ‘cause now it only making people rally more around the school and the legacy.

Run Di Chat say: big disrespect, small-minded action. Saddlers deserve better than eggplant art and foul-mouthed slogans. Police better catch the culprits quick, before more corners of SKN start looking like canvas for foolishness.
