Whew! SKN police just confirmed they’re deep in investigation mode after a whole high-powered firearm was earlier recovered during a pre-dawn situation at Port Zante on Saturday, May 31.

According to police, soldiers from the SKN Defence Force were on patrol when they spotted a black Toyota with three men moving real sus in the Half Moon area. 👀

The soldiers trailed the car all the way to the back of Mau Pau Casino... but before they could say “good morning” the men jumped out and took off running. 🚗💨🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️

Now here’s where it gets WILD 😳: when police searched the vehicle, they found an AR-15 rifle, a magazine with 20 rounds of mixed ammo, AND a multicoloured backpack stuffed with 💵 cash, a black ski mask, gloves, and - yes - a pink Samsung phone. Not even joking. 🤯🎒📱

Y’all... WHO was riding around like it’s GTA at 5 in the morning with that combo?? 🤯🎒

Crime Scene Investigators pulled up, did their CSI thing and processed everything—from the gun to the last thread in the bag.

Then on June 10, boom 💥—Mr. Raziq Persaud of Phillips Village was formally arrested and charged with possession of firearm and ammunition. He's now facing serious charges tied to the madness at Port Zante.

The police say they’re not done yet and they’re urging anyone with tea ☕ or info to hit up the Criminal Investigations Department.
