Drew Co-Chairs Africa–CARICOM Summit

Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Hon. Dr Terrance Drew, has co-chaired the 2nd Africa–CARICOM Summit alongside H.E. João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, President of Angola.

The high-level meeting brought together leaders from Africa and the Caribbean to strengthen bonds and advance a shared agenda of unity, justice and sustainable development.

Prime Minister Drew emphasised the importance of building deeper partnerships across the Atlantic, highlighting common histories and shared destinies. The summit reinforced commitments to collaboration in areas such as trade, climate resilience and education.

Dr Drew’s leadership on the international stage underlines St Kitts and Nevis’ growing role in global dialogue and its dedication to ensuring small states have a strong voice in shaping the future.
