RDC is hearing that armed police were making arrests outside St Thomas Primary School last night with officers moving strong and lights flashing. 🚔🚨

Nobody sure why yet, but locals say vibes in the area are tense and everybody watching with wide eyes to see what's going on in the school yard. 👀
