Receipts, resignations & real shade in Nevis
Well sah! Nevis Facebook been on fire these last few days, and if you blink you mighta miss the whole movie. On one side, NRP Leader Daniel-Hodge throwing fire at Premier Mark Brantley, and on the other side Brantley clapping back with what he call “receipts.”
Let’s run it from top to bottom, because this one get messy fast.
🕑 Monday 25 August, 2:15pm
Daniel-Hodge post up a long letter to “Mr. Premier,” accusing him of lies, greed and deception over the south side land issue. She call him “disrespectful,” say his address to the nation was full of trickery, and demand he face Nevisians in a town hall. The hashtags tell the tale: #WeDeserveBetter #AccountabilityMatters #GreedyPoliticiansDestroyNations.
🕘 Same night, 9:55pm
Brantley didn’t wait long. He fire back: “NRP big wigs sell their private land for MILLIONS then turn round and tell Nevis people blame CCM?” He promise more at 8pm sharp, saying CCM can’t be blamed for “private people business.”
🌅 Early hours, 26 August, 2:21am
The Premier double down: “So you sell your land to the developers, collect your money, and now your pocket full you tell Nevisians you standing with them? Well sah! NRP is a special breed!!”

Daniel-Hodge wake up vex. She call Brantley “sick” for accusing her of pocketing millions, and swear on her seat: if anyone prove it, she resign immediately. She quote John 8:44 about the father of lies, and warn Nevisians of a “demonic force” at work. Legal action, she say, coming swift.
🌄 Morning after
Brantley post one cryptic “Morning Message”: “When you have a good heart be careful. You will attract people who want to use you for it.” Minutes later, he up the ante: “Mark AG Brantley NEVER speaks without receipts. So all who feeling froggy, let them leap!”
🕛 Midday heat
Daniel-Hodge clap back again, accusing the Premier of propaganda and fumbling development. She say Nevisians worry about fishing rights, constitutional overreach, and secrecy, while Brantley just spin lies to distract.
⚖️ Afternoon court session
Brantley bring out the “receipts.” In full mock courtroom style, he post questions and answers:
Is Daniel-Hodge an executor of her father’s estate? ✅ YES
Is she a beneficiary of lands on the south coast? ✅ YES
Does she personally benefit from any sale? ✅ YES
He finish like a magistrate: “Judge: I have heard enough. Bailiff, call up the next case please.”
🌙 Evening close-out
Brantley not done. He remind Nevis: “The Leader of NRP so bold faced that she said she would RESIGN if it was shown she benefitted… Well I am calling for her resignation and I shall start to share documents!”
