Roads getting brighter with new lighting rules

SKN Police say that as of today, 20th June, all cars have to have their lights on between 7pm and 5am for road safety. 💡

They’re introducing the measures under the powers of the Licensing Authority, and all motor vehicles have to follow the new rules.

After some nasty accidents already this year, police have taken measures to make sure SKN residents are all doing their bit.

Official word is that the police are trying to make the roads safer and keep us out of trouble (and the hospital!) 🏥
