Cruise Season Set Sail — Celebrity Reflection Leads the Charge into Port Zante
Cruise season officially back, people! St Kitts and Nevis ready to welcome the first wave of floating cities this week as Celebrity Reflection drops anchor today, kicking off what shaping up to be a packed October.
According to the new cruise schedule, about 12 cruise ships will be calling on our shores this month alone — clear sign the 2025–2026 season starting strong. After Reflection’s arrival, Grand Princess coming through on Friday, October 10, then Carnival Venezia on the 13th, and yes, Grand Princess coming back again the very next day.
It’s going to be ship after ship — Celebrity Reflection again on the 15th, Star of the Seas making its long-awaited inaugural call on October 23, and a busy final weekend with Carnival Dream and Disney Magic both docking on October 25. Wrapping up the month, Star Pride, Grand Princess (again), Mein Schiff 2, and finally Celebrity Beyond will close out October’s impressive cruise lineup.
The Star of the Seas visit in particular has locals excited — it was supposed to sail in earlier this month but had to hold off because of bad weather around the Bahamas. Now, with revised dates confirmed, all signs point to smooth sailing.
Between the buzz downtown, the small businesses gearing up, and the taxi operators polishing their rides, Port Zante looking to come alive again — ready for another season of cruise crowds, photo ops, and pure Caribbean hospitality.
